6pm Holdings plc was listed on the Malta Stock Exchange on the 24 September 2007and put on offer 7,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.20 GBP each.  The authorised share capital comprised 7,500,000 ordinary shares. All shares have a par value of 0.20 GBP. The issued share capital is also comprised of 7,500,000 ordinary shares. All shares have a par value of 0.20 GBP.

6pm Holdings was created to bring together the two pre-existing companies – 6pm Ltd. and 6pm Management Consultancy (UK) Ltd. to enable us to build on the rapid success already enjoyed but as a single entity in a more structured and disciplined environment of a plc.
